Popular widgets
You can use dashboard widgets to quickly complete tasks. These are popular widgets in Lucernex:

Add Form / Work Flow: Add forms and work flows to your entities.

Add Form / Work Flow
You can use the Add Form / Work Flow widget to add a Form or Work Flow to your entities.Find the Add Form / Work Flow widget on your Dashboard.
Select the Entity Type to add a form or work flow.
Select the Name of the entity you want to add a form or work flow to.
Do one of the following:
Click Add Form to add the form to the entity.
The form is added to the entity.
Click Add Work Flow to add the work flow to the entity.
My Alerts
You can display Lucernex alerts on demand.
Find the My Alerts widget on your Dashboard.
Click the hyperlink for the type of alert you want to view:
All alerts: Fetches all active alerts.
A table of alerts appears. You can click the hyperlinked value in either the Alert Title or the Details column to navigate to the appropriate page.
Click the title of a column to sort by that column.
Budget Overrun: This alert is sent if the budget of a project is over a certain percentage of the proposed budget. The percentage is set on the Alerts page.
Contract Expire: This alert is sent out if a contract will expire within a certain time frame. The time frame is set on the Alerts page.
Equipment: To receive equipment alerts, your user class must have the Receive Equipment Alerts setting enabled.
Inventory: Alert is only sent to equipment managers. The system scans all parts, looking at quantities on hand, quantities that have already been ordered, and the minimum supply level to keep on hand. If the quantities are too low, the part will be added to the alert list.
Issue: This alert is sent if the assignee of a form does not respond within a certain time frame. The time frame is set on the Alerts page.
Key Date: This alert is sent out if a key date notice period is approaching within a certain time frame. The time frame is set on the Key Dates page of a Contract or Equipment Contract.
Lease: To receive lease alerts, your user class must have the Receive Lease Alerts setting enabled.
Notifications: This alert is sent if it meets the notification criteria set for a target in your RE Planner.
Schedule Overrun: This alert is sent out if a project schedule is a certain percentage behind. The percentage is set on the Alerts page.
Task: These alerts are sent if schedule tasks are approaching or if they have not been updated within a certain time frame. These settings are controlled on the Alerts page.
The My Alerts widget displays an alert for both the start date and the end date of a task.
Warranty Expire: This alert is sent out if a warranty will expire within a certain time frame. The time frame is set on the Alerts page.
Work Flow alerts: These alerts are sent if the duration of a work flow step exceeds a certain time frame. This time frame is set on the Manage Work Flows page.
My Favorite Reports
You can use the My Favorite Reports widget to add reports you often use to your Dashboard. You can then run the report directly from the Dashboard without having to go to the Reports module.Add Report to My Favorite Reports
Find the My Favorite Reports widget on your Dashboard.
Click Select Reports in the footer of the widget.
The Choose Favorite Reports window opens.
Select the report you want to add to the widget from the Reports field.
You can add multiple reports at once to the widget.
Click Submit.
The window closes. The reports you selected appear in the widget.
Run a Report from the My Favorite Reports Widget
Find the My Favorite Reports widget on your Dashboard.
Click Run link next to the report you want to run.
The report runs.
My Form Assignments
The My Form Assignments widget displays all forms which are currently assigned to you. You can view and edit the form without ever having to leave your Dashboard.
To interact with a form from the My Form Assignments widget:
Find the My Form Assignments widget on your Dashboard.
Click the link in the Title column to open a form assigned to you.
Follow the Edit a Form procedures on the Forms page.
News
This widget displays a message configured by your system administrator on the Manage Company page. This widget may contain important information about who to contact about questions. Ask your system administrator if they use the News widget.

You can get easy access links to all entity setup wizards that you can access.
Find the Setup Wizard widget on your Dashboard.
Follow the appropriate Setup Wizard procedures.
